Print on Demand Merchandise

ShopTravelOK.com's print-on-demand merchandise is printed only after you place your order, which means each piece is custom-made for you, our customers. As a result, we do not offer refunds on returns. If an order is incorrect or a product is damaged, ShopTravelOK.com will reprint and reship the order. The estimated time for production is 10 - 14 days.

If you want to return an item for any other reason, you will be offered store credit (excluding shipping cost). If you need to return an item or have questions about your order, contact Shop@TravelOK.com or call 800-652-6552 and push 4 and leave a voicemail. One of our support team members will get back to you as soon as possible. Please include your order number in any email correspondence and an image of the problem product if possible, and please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.

If a package is undeliverable or shipped back to us because of an error in the address, we are happy to ship it out again for the cost of delivery.

Holiday Pop-Up Shop Merchandise Policies (Merchandise available 12/7- 12/23 - 12pm).

Pop-Up Shop merchandise whether shipped or picked up from our Travel Information Center may be exchanged or returned for a refund (excluding any shipping cost). Please email us at Shop@TravelOK.com and a team member will be happy to assist you. Please include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. All Returns/Exchanges or requests for refunds must be made within 30 days of the order date.
